Sexuality: (Unsure, Straight, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Pansexual, Asexual or anywhere on the sexuality-scale.)

Faction: (Select the faction that you'd like your character to join. Once the character application is approved, an admin will add you to the correct faction. Make sure to check >enter faction details board url< for more info.)
Notable Attributes: (Any physical or mental characteristics that you'd like to point out?)

Weight: (How much does your character weigh?)
Skin Tone: (How would you describe their skin colour?)

Unique Features: (Any unique features of your character that meets the eye? Like, freckles, scars, blemished skin?)

Referral: (Who or what brought you to this site? Mention the username if it was a player so we can reward them. If it was an advertisement from another forum, then mention the username used by the advertiser.)
